KOKRAJHAR, JULY 2: A one-day training cum workshop on the implementation of e-office in Bodoland Territorial Region (BTC) was concluded on Saturday held at the Bodofa Cultural Complex in Kokrajhar.
The training cum workshop was attended by chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region, Pramod Boro, executive members, senior officials of BTC Secretariat among others.
The programme aims to streamline and digitise governance processes in a bid to ensure transparency and enhance the deliverability of public services to the public citizens and effective implementation of e-office in all departments of government of Bodoland Territorial Region.
Experts on the e-office related activities have imparted training on the implementation of e-office amongst the participants that gathered enthusiasm environment.
CEM Pramod Boro said the digitisation of departmental works that will be achieved through this initiative of e-office management which will greatly improve efficiency and reduce process time cycles, thus furthering goal of good governance in the government.
He informed that the streamlining & digitisation of governance processes via the e-office initiative will greatly enhance the deliverability of public services to the citizens.
"It is a glad moment for the citizens of the Bodoland region as staffs, employees of BTC Secretariat are getting opportunities to take training on the implementation of e-office. The training and workshop is paving the way to learn and earning knowledge on e-office management ", Boro added.
