Kokrajhar, April 2: A ceremonial distribution of Tablet PCs for Class X mentees was held at Kokrajhar Girls’ Higher Secondary School under the Arohan Scheme.
A total of 95 students from various schools under Kokrajhar received Tablet PCs during the program amidst a well attended gathering.
The event was organised by the Directorate of Education, Govt of Bodoland Territorial Region, Samagra Shiksha, Assam, and the District Administration, Kokrajhar,
The initiative has been aimed to enhance digital learning and provide better academic resources to students in the region.
Pramod Boro, the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region,
Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), BTR Executive Member Wilson Hasda, and Kokrajhar District Commissioner Masanda Magdalin Pertin, graced the program and handed over the devices to the students.
CEM of BTR, Pramod Boro stated that the scheme has been emphasizing for
empowering students for a smart Bodoland Territorial Region which is reflecting government’s unwavering commitment to quality education.
” Today, I’m delighted to distribute Tablet PCs to 95 bright Class X mentees under the Arohan Scheme, equipping them with digital resources to enhance their learning experience.This initiative, led by the Department of Education, BTC, in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan and the Kokrajhar district administration, reflects our government’s unwavering commitment to quality education”, Boro said.
