KOKRAJHAR,MAY 7 : A high-level review meeting was held on Wednesday at Lok Sewa Bhawan, Dispur, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, to assess the progress of various development initiatives in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
Pramod Boro, the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), BTC Principal Secretary Akashdeep participated in the meeting along with senior officials of the state government.
The discussion focused on several key areas, including strengthening administrative mechanisms and ensuring effective inter-departmental coordination,evaluating the on-ground implementation of flagship government schemes,ensuring timely and efficient delivery of public services and entitlements.
Exploring actionable strategies for more responsive governance and fast-tracking infrastructure projects to boost connectivity, economic development, and living standards across the region.
CEM Pramod Boro stated that the discussion assessed the progress of development initiatives in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR). He said that the meeting has emphasized for strengthening administrative mechanisms and ensuring seamless inter-departmental coordination in the region.
