UPPL extends gratitude-thankss to the citizens
KOKRAJHAR,DEC 14: The celebration of fourth anniversary of the UPPL led UPPL -BJP alliance government in Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) began from Saturday with a two-day program scheduled accross the BTR districts.
In Kokrajhar,the celebration was carried out in all VCDC, block level, government offices, educational institutions with befitting programme scheduled.
Officers from different government offices,apart from district,BDOs, TCLCC chairman, VCDC chairman, members and public representatives participated the event,and discussed at length over the various program and schemes implementations that paved the way for massive ushering of sustainable development in the region.
Notably,the UPPL led BTR government was formed on 15th December,2020 under the dynamic leadership of Pramod Boro, the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial During the fourth year period in the government,the BTR govt has launched various missions and visions towards the welfare and development of the region which have been played pivotal role in the social integration across the region.
In Udalguri, the fourth year anniversary of the BTR government is celebrating centrally at Bhergaon in Udalguri district on Sunday with a colourful programme scheduled.
Necessary prepration and arrangements for hosting the event has si far completed this evening.The celebration has been focusing on the peace, progress and prosperity in the Bodoland region.
The event will be withessesd a huge gathering of participation from different districts of the Bodoland region, apart from officials from government department, developmental agencies.
Pramod Boro,the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region is gracing as chief guest on the occasion.
Several dignataries, including the cabinet minister of Assam, Urkhao Gwra Brahma,
CEM Pramod Boro stated that the fourth year of the BTR government has been gathered an integration among the peoples across the region.He said that the four years of sustainable peace, harmony and integrity, four years of BTR government.He has extended his warm greetings and thanks to all citizens of the Bodoland region for extending cooperation and support during the reign of fourth year successful in the government. He said that the BTR government has emphasized for regaining sustainable peace, harmony and integrity amongst the communities.

Meanwhile, the ruling United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) has extended it’s greetings and sincere thanks to all citizens of the Bodoland region on the eve of fourth year anniversary of Government of BTR.
Addressing the reporters at a press conference held at the UPPL central office in Kokrajhar on Saturday, party’s general secretary, Raju Kumar Narzary stated that the UPPL party extends gratitude and thanks to all citizens of the region for their cooperation and support while leading the alliance government in BTR.He said that the BTR government was formed on 15th December in 2020,and since then rendered humanity welfare services across the region,and accordingly the fourth year anniversary of the government is celebrated in a grand manner begin from today.
” The fourth year anniversary of the UPPL led BTR government is a milestone for the region where peoples cutting across the communities are getting healthy living with dignity and integrity”, Narzary said.
He said that the Bodoland region has reached a peaceful, smart and green Bodoland as UPPL party led alliance government has initiated several initiatives towards the welfare and integration amongst the citizens. He said the BTR region have witnessed a massive ushering of sustainable developmental aspects in all aspects of the society since the formation of government in BTR.
He informed that several mission and visions have so far launched in BTR under the leadership of Pramod Boro,the CEM of BTR,and received a good response from the citizens which are included, Mission Bwiswmuthi,a flagship programme of the Govt of BTR while disposing the land related services amongst the citizens. The Mainao Swrang Bithangkhi, Giyan Swrang Bithangkhi, Onsungthai Bithangkhi, Alari Swrang Bithangkhi etc have been distributed to the needy peoples and SHGs across the region since formation of BTR Govt under the leadership of Pramod Boro,the CEM of Bodoland Territorial Region.Through the launched of various flagship programmes,the region have witnessed a huge change of social development in the mission of better governance.
He said that the UPPL party is affirmed with rendering services for the wellbeing of the humanity,and committed to work for all round development of the peoples.
He said that the UPPL party under the banner of NDA alliance has extensively rendering services for wellbeing of the society in the BTR government, state and centre government.
He said that the opposition BPF party is now become irrelevant amongst the common people.He alleged that the BPF party had failed to address the problem and grievances of the citizens during their 17 year rule in Bodoland Territorial Region.He has claimed that the popularity of the UPPL party is now gaining up in today’s juncture,and subsequently peoples cutting across the communities are coming forward to join the ruling UPPL party.
