KOKRAJHAR,JUNE 23: In an inspiring story of dedication and success, three sisters of a family hailing from South Barlawgaon in Chirang district have been appointed as Graduate and Post Graduate Teachers under the development of Education, government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
Daughters of Dipen Basumatary and Balu Rani Basumatary, the trio were among the 1,336 candidates who received appointment letters for GT and PGT posts during a grand distribution ceremony held at Udalguri College Auditorium Hall recently.
Niju Rani Basumatary has been appointed as a Graduate Teacher at Baleng Girls’ High School, Medhaghat in Baksa. Biju Rani Basumatary joins KBR Junior College, Orang in Udalguri as a Post Graduate Teacher. Moon Basumatary has been appointed as a Graduate Teacher at Ballamguri High School, Bijni in Chirang.
The collective achievement of the three sisters stands as a remarkable testament to perseverance, family support, and the transformative impact of employment initiatives undertaken by the BTR government.
Their success story has not only brought pride to their family and community but has also inspired many parents across the region to encourage their daughters to pursue education with renewed determination.
