National seminar on Bodo elements in Indian Toponymy held in BU

KOKRAJHAR,AUG 31:  A national seminar on the Bodo elements in Indian Toponymy( In search of glory in the mainstream civilisation of India) was held at the Nileswar Brahma Auditorium, Bodoland University in Kokrajhar on Saturday.

Pramod Boro, the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region graced the occasion as chief guest,and inaugurated the seminar amidst presence of presence imminent writers, scholars and students of the Bodoland University.

The event was organised by the Centre for Bodo Studies of Bodoland University and Bodo Sahitya Sabha which has discussed on the Bodo elements in Indian Toponymy.
CEM Boro stated that the national seminar on the Bodo elements in Indian Toponymy is a good step while searching about the ancient glory of Bodo culture which has had on the mainstream civilizational glory of Bharat.

” It’s a matter of immense pride for BTR that the Inaugural Function of the “National Seminar on the Bodo Elements in Indian Toponymy :In Search of Glory in the Mainstream Civilisation of India (Bharat Varsh).It is being jointly organised by the Centre for Bodo Studies, Bodoland University and Bodo Sahitya Sabha, today. For the success of the seminar, I offered my prayers & tributes to our revered Bodofa Upendranath Brahma, and eminent linguist Dr. Suniti Kumar Chatterjee, this morning”.
