KOKRAJHAR,JUNE 18: With the winning of two Sahitya Akademi awards representing Bodo literary this 2025 year, people cutting across the communities in the state of Assam have hailed and extended hearty congratulations.
Bodo poet, Amar Khunggur Boro has been named for Sahitya Akademi Yuva Award for his poetry collection book ‘आं असुर'(Ang Oshur).He is hailed from Udalguri district.
Noted writer, Binay Kumar Brahma named for Sahitya Akademi Children Literature Award for his Short Story book ‘ खान्थि बोसोन आरो आखु दानाय ‘(Khanti Bwswn arw Akhu Danai). Brahma is hailed from Dotma of Kokrajhar district.
Several literary organisations including Bodo Sahitya Sabha,All Bodo Students Union have extended their warm congratulations and welcome the award achievement representing the Bodo literary world.
Pramod Boro, the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region extended his hearty congratulations on the winning of Sahitya Akademi awards from Bodo literary world.
