Joint tripartite meeting on Bodo Accord implementation in New Delhi

KOKRAJHAR,JUNE 25: A joint tripartite meeting between Govt of India (GoI), Govt of Assam (GoA) and Bodo Peace Accord Signatory organisation and joint monitoring committee meeting will be held on 26th June, 2025 at 11 am, North Block, MHA, New Delhi on the implementation of Bodo Peace Accord 2020.
Notably, the BTR Peace Accord,2020(27th January) was signed in the presence of Union Home Minister, Amit Shah,Govt of India.

Representatives from Govt of Assam and Bodo organisation leaders representing All Bodo Students Union (ABSU),ex-NDFB and UBPO (United Bodo People’s Organisation) which was regarded as third Bodo Accord in the state of Assam.The peace is prevailed in Bodoland region since signing of BTR Peace Accord.
A 10 member delegation team representing the ABSU, ex-NDFB and UBPO are attending the meeting,and hopeful that the clauses of the peace accord are going to be implemented as per spirit of the commitment.

” A tripartite GoI, GoA, Accord Signatory organisation, Joint monitoring committee meeting will be held on tomorrow 26/6/2025 at 11 am, North Block, MHA, New Delhi on implementation of Bodo Accord 2020. As per invitation 10 member delegation team from ABSU, Ex. NDFB and UBPO will attend. We all are expecting for expeditious implementation as per commitment”, ABSU president Dipen Boro said.
