KOKRAJHAR, MAY 31: A felicitation ceremony for Hajj pilgrimage was held at UPPL central office in Kokrajhar today to offer felicitation to the Hajj pilgrims ahead of their holy journey.
The programme was organised by Kokkrajhar district committee of minority cell of UPPL.
Altogether 40 pilgrimage are leaving for Hajj pilgrims from different parts of Kokrajhar sadar subdivision.
Each of Hajj pilgrimage was accorded warm felicitation with traditional Aronai and bunch of bouquet
The UPPL party have extended their warm greetings and best wishes to all pilgrimage and accordingly today offered felicitation ahead their holy Hajji journey.
UPPL general secretary (administration) Raju Kumar Narzary, BTR executive member Dr Nilut Swargiary, Afjal Haque Sarkar vice president of UPPL Pratibha Brahma, chairperson, Kokrajhar Municipal Board, minority cell president Yusuf Ali, media cell secretary Hantigiri Narzary were present in the programme.
