Former deputy speaker of BTCLA Nerswn Boro joined UPPL 1

KOKRAJHAR, APRIL 25: Former deputy speaker of the Bodoland Territorial Council Legislative Assembly (BTCLA) and BPF leader,Nerswn Boro formally joined the ruling United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) at a brief programme held at Rangia on Thursday evening.
Boro,was elected to the BTC Legislative Assembly in 2015, and held the position of deputy speaker of BTCLA during the BPF reign government in BTC.He was the president of the Bhergaon block committee of BPF,who quit the party few two day’s ago from the position of the president of the block committee as well primary membership of the BPF party.

Former deputy speaker Nerswn Boro, joined the UPPL party amidst presence of Pramod Boro, the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region and UPPL president,and several senior leaders of the party.
Boro was accorded warm welcome and felicitation by CEM of BTR, Pramod Boro and senior party leaders with traditional Aronai and party mafflers.

CEM Boro welcomes former deputy speaker, said that this is a good sign of gaining up of UPPL party amongst the people in the region.He said people cutting across the communities are pouring to join and support the UPPL party across the region as UPPL party is rendering services towards the welfare and development of the society.He stated that peoples from various corners are attracted the UPPL government’s humanity welfare services,and thus extending support to the UPPL led government in Bodoland Territorial Region.He said that the UPPL party is committed to work for all round development of the common masses across the region.
