KOKRAJHAR, SEP 23: A review meeting with chairpersons of various departments and missions of government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) was held at the BTC Secretariat conference hall,Bodofa Nwgwr in Kokrajhar on Monday.
The meeting was chaired by Pramod Boro,the chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region,and discussed at length to ensure effective implementation of schemes & missions of the government of Bodoland Territorial Region.
The meeting has emphasized to the properly implementations of the schemes and missions which highlighted on the market fairs, traditional faith, relief & rehabilitation, PMAY-G, Students Welfare, NCPB (National Programme for Control of Blindness), MGNREGA, Microfinance Incentive & Relief Scheme, NRLM, SLRM, Bamboo Mission, Swachh Bharat Mission, Renewable Energy, Agro Marketing, Orunodoi, PM KISAN, Skill Development, Community Happines, Food Procesing, SMDC and SMC, Rural Electrification, Micro Finance, Mushroom Production, Nursery development, Women Empowerment, Nutrition.
The meeting stressed with implementation on the Traditional Handicraft, Traditional Food Production and Marketing, Traditional Festivals, Pension and Public Grievances, Welfare of Elderly, Financial Inclusion, Youth Employment and Placement,Digital Literacy, Various Issues with Bhutan.
CEM of BTR, Pramod Boro stated that the meeting discussed thoroughly on the development and welfare aspects of the schemes and missions of the BTR government. He said that the government of BTR is committed to work for all round development across the region, and rendered services since it’s inception in the BTR.
