Bus facilities handed over to the students of Medical College & Hospital

KOKRAJHAR,MAR 5: In a way to facilitate field studies of the medical students of the Kokrajhar medical college and hospital (KMCH), the government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) have handed over a bus to the medical college and hospital authorities.
The new brand bus for the students of the medical college,was handed over to the authorities at a handing over ceremony being held at the medical college complex,Beswargaon in Kokrajhar on Wednesday.

Notably, the bus was provided by the government of Bodoland Territorial Region under the dynamic leadership of Pramod Boro,the chief executive member of BTR through the department of Transport for facilitating the transporting communication for the students.
Speaker of the BTC Legislative Assembly, Katiram Boro,Lok Sabha MP, Joyanta Basumatary, BTR executive member,Ranendra Narzary, MLA Lawrence Islary, MCLA Madhab Chandra Chetry,and several distinguished dignitaries were graced the event and handed over the bus to the medical college and hospital authorities.

Speaker of the BTCLA, Katiram Boro stated that the bus facility being provided from BTR government will be benefited for the students while catty field studies in their career building up.
” I’m delighted to attend the handing over ceremony of the brand new bus for the students of Kokrajhar Medical College. 
This bus will provide safe and convenient transportation for the students, easing their daily commute to the College. I’m thankful to the Hon’ble CEM Sjt Pramod Boro, and Transport Department EM Sjt. Ranendra Narzary for making this possible”,Boro said.

The medical college authorities and student fraternities have expressed their gratitude and sincere thanks to the CEM of Bodoland Territorial Region Pramod Boro and EM of Transport department for initiating the noble venture while providing the bus facilities to extend support for communication.
