KOKRAJHAR, MAR 26: The Bodoland Sports & Cultural Meet 2023 was concluded on Sunday with a closing ceremony after a three day colourful programme held at Bhergaon in Udalguri district.
Huge participants from different districts of Bodoland Territorial Region eagerly participated the event and participants have showcased their sporting talents in various disciplines of sports which was organised by department of sports & youth welfare and department of Cultural Affairs of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
Bodoland Territorial Region executive members,Dr Nilut Swargiary, Daobaisa Boro were graced as guests in the closing ceremony.
The sports & cultural meet was organised to promote sports and cultural among the citizens of the region as government of BTR is working dedicatedly towards the welfare and development of the region.
” The BTR government under the leadership of CEM(BTR) Pramod Boro is making consistent efforts to promote sports among youths of the region. Such programmes will definitely boost the efforts of BTR government and encourage our youth in sports & culture in the region”, Daobaisa Boro said.
