KOKRAJHAR,JUNE 1: The extended delegate sitting of the All Bodo Students Union (ABSU) has been rescheduled on June 3, 2025 to be held at the Jwhwlao Nileswar Brahma auditorium, Bodoland University in Kokrajhar.
In a press statement issued to the media, the students union stated that the students union is pleased to inform all members, delegates, and well-wishers that the Extended Delegate Sitting of the Union has been rescheduled on June 3, 2025. The extended delegate sitting will be held at the Jwhwlao Nileswar Brahma Auditorium,Bodoland University, Kokrajhar, BTR.
This important delegate sitting was originally scheduled during the 57th Annual Conference of ABSU, which took place on March 13–16, 2025, at Bodofa Fwthar, Dotma, Kokrajhar district.
The day’s program will begin with hoisting of union flag at 9 AM.
The extended delegate will engage in comprehensive discussions on the Union’s vision, strategies, and action plans, with a strong focus on areas including BTR accord implementation, mission quality education, organisation matters, promotion & preservation of Bodo language, literature, culture
and socio-economic development etc.
ABSU calls upon all designated delegates, members, and stakeholders to attend this important sitting and contribute actively to the collective responsibilities and resolutions. Let this session be a reflection of our unity, responsibility, and dedication to the cause of community and its people.
ABSU president Dipen Boro told that the extended delegate of the students union will be witnessed grand participation from the districts of the state,and unit committees of the students union from several states.He has appealed to all sections of the society to extend support and cooperation to meet a smooth successful of the event.
