KOKRAJHAR, JULY 7: The government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) organized a beneficiary meet and socio economic awareness programme at Baganpara in Baksa district on Monday.
The event saw tens of thousands gathering from different areas under Baganpara BTC Constituency that discussed a good discussion on the welfare and development activities initiated by Govt of BTR across the region.
Chief Executive Member of Bodoland Territorial Region, Pramod Boro, who attended the meeting, made several key remarks. He said the party is engaging directly with beneficiaries to raise awareness about various welfare schemes being implemented in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).He said that the government of BTR is working dedicatedly towards the welfare and development towards the uplift of the society.He said that the BTR government is committed to work for all round development of the citizens.
He also stated that the UPPL is fully prepared to contest all 40 council constituencies in the upcoming BTC elections.
