KOKRAJHAR,JUNE 18: A total of 1,336 newly appointed teachers under the Education Department, government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) were ceremonially given away appointment letters at a programme held at the auditorium of Udalguri College on Wednesday.
The newly appointed teachers are included 137 (Post Graduate Teachers) & 1,199 (Graduate Teachers) were appointed under the Education Department of government of BTR.
Notably,the government of BTR has initiated the appointment of teachers in the schools across the Bodoland region to facilitate quality educational environment which has been regarded as a testament to the commitment of BTR government of empowering of youth with opportunities in Bodoland region.
Gabinda Chandra Basumatary, deputy chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region,Rajya Sabha MP, Rwngwra Narzary, BTR executive members Wilson Hasda, Dr Nilut Swargiary, Daobaisa Boro, MCLA Madhab Chandra Chetry were graced the occasion, and distributed the appointment letters amongst newly appointed teachers.
Deputy CEM of BTR, Gabinda Chandra Basumatary stated that the government of BTR today ceremonially distributed the appointment letters amongst post graduate and graduate teachers across the Bodoland region.He said that the BTR government is committed to work for all round development of the Bodoland region,and accordingly distributed the appointment letters.
