CEM Pramod Boro distributes appointment letters to TET Qualified Candidates 

KOKRAJHAR, AUG 22: In a major boost towards enhancing the educational sector of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), the chief executive member (CEM) of BTR, Pramod Boro ceremonially distributed appointment letters to the 1214 TET Qualified Candidates selected as Assistant Teachers (Arts, Science, Hindi) of Provincialised L.P. & UP Schools and the “Remaining Teachers of 1999” of Bodoland Territorial Region at a ceremonial distribution programme held at the Bodofa Cultural Complex, Chandamari Kokrajhar district on Thursday.

In Kokrajhar, 900 TET qualified candidates selected as assistant teachers were handed over appointment letters at a ceremonial distribution programme.

In Baksa, a total 304 teachers, the remaining teachers of 1999 in Bodoland Territorial Region were handed over appointment letters at a programme held at Barama amidst presence of CEM of BTR, Pramod Boro,and other dignitaries.
Addresssing the event, CEM Pramod Boro congratulated the newly appointed teachers,.and expressed hope that they will perform their duties as a teacher diligently to empower the future generations. Emphasizing on the vital role teachers play in shaping the future of children, he said, teaching is an art and they should focus not just on text-book oriented teaching but strive to impart knowledge in such a way that the children are moulded into able, responsible and successful adults in future. 

” The appointment of the teachers is expected to greatly elevate the quality of education in the schools, and will go a long way in improving the learning experience of students. This milestone marks a significant step in BTR’s commitment to enhancing educational excellence and fostering a supportive learning environment for the students”,Boro said.
He said,.”A good education can change anyone. A good teacher can change everything”,he said.
” Today, I was delighted to distribute Appointment Letters to 1214 teachers, comprising of TET Qualified Candidates who have been selected for the posts of Assistant Teachers (Arts, Science & Hindi) of Provincialised L.P. & M.E. Schools, and the

“Remaining Teachers of 1999” of BTR”, Boro said adding that this marks the fulfilment of our longstanding commitment towards the teachers & students, and serves as a testament to our unwavering resolve to transform the educational landscape of BTR.
He said the appointment of the teachers will greatly enhance the quality of education in our schools, and will go a long way in improving the learning experience of our students.
” My heartiest congratulations & best wishes to all who have received their appointment letters today. I’m confident that they will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children in the years to come”, Boro added.

Among others, BTR executive members,Ranjit Basumatary,Daobaisa Boro, Dharma Narayan Das were present in the event.
