KOKRAJHAR, JUNE 2: Senior forest official in the Forest department, government of Assam, Brahmananda Patiri breathe his last today.
He was admitted to Nemcare Hospital Guwahat on Saturday after felt uneasy health issue while he was attending a meeting in Guwahati and breathed his last this morning.
He was presently he is serving as DFO(Divisional Forest Officer) of Chirang division in Chirang district.
Notably,Patiri was well educated and well read person, was associated with cultural and literary activities.
Peoples cutting across the communities have extended their deep condolences and mourning on the demise of Patiri.
