KOKRAJHAR, FEB 29: The chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Pramod Boro laid the foundation stone to construct of Assam Type Dormitory for CoE Students-REG at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Ranchaidham in Kokrajhar district in the presence of Kokrajhar East LAC MLA, Lawrence Islary, and several dignataries, teaching fraternities and students.
The Assam type dormitory would be constructed under CSR fund for the year 2023-24 under the Public Works Department, government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
CEM Boro said that the initiative will contribute for improving residential facilities, providing students at a conducive environment while focused learning and personal development in the vidyalaya.
He said that the BTR government has been initiating a step while addressing the welfare and development of the schools across the Bodoland region.
