KOKRAJHAR, FEB 23: Emphasizing for elevating scientific acumen in Bodoland region,the government of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) has signed a transformative Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vyomika Space Academy, a Certified Space Tutor of the ISRO – Indian Space Research Organisation in the presence of chief executive member (CEM) of BTR, Pramod Boro at a programme held at Bodofa Cultural Complex, Chandamari in Kokrajhar-The City of Peace.
During the event, T K Sundarmurthy, former Mission Director, ISRO; Govind Yadav, CEO, Vyomika Space Private Limited and Brajesh Mittal,Chief Innovation Officer, Vyomika Space Pvt. Ltd were present that gathered a healthy signing ceremony amidst the student fraternities and citizens.
Remarkably, the event has been initiated
under the historic initiative and stepping out, and the Space Labs will be established across BTR districts in with the aim of cultivating space education, sparking curiosity, and enhancing skill development among government school students in BTR, adding a significant leaf to the scientific journey of the region.
The MoU has been emphasizing to ignite curiosity about space exploration, promote learning about space sciences, and inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts from among the bright, young students of BTR’s government schools across the region.
CEM Boro said the government of BTR is rendering services since it’s inception for bringing healthy welfare and educational environment amongst the young generations of the region.He has hailed the signing of MoU between government of BTR and Vyomika Space Academy, a Certified Space Tutor of the ISRO – Indian Space Research Organisation to ignite educational environment,he said that it was an impressive program to lead space education arena.

Through this historic signing of MoU, “Space Labs” will be set up across the BTR districts to ignite curiosity about space exploration, promote learning about space sciences, and inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts from among the bright, young students of BTR’s government schools”, Boro added.
Govind Yadav, CEO, Vyomika Space Pvt. Ltd, told that the MoU will highlight about the skill development and exploration of educational environment in days to come.
Among others, BTR executive members, Wilson Hasda, Dr Nilut Swargiary, Arup Kumar Dey, along with Principal Secretary, government officials were present in the event.
