KOKRAJHAR, APRIL 1: More than 200 peoples from seven villages representing different communities have joined the UPPL party at a programme held at central youth office of UPPL party, Habrubari in Kokrajhar on Monday.
The newly joined members were from BPF party under Kokrajhar subdivision, and UPPL party leaders offered them warm welcome and felicitation with party mafflers.
Remarkably, peoples cutting across the communities are coming forward to join and support the UPPL party in the Bodoland region. Peoples have expressed their willingness to extend support, and accordingly the UPPL party is gaining up it’s popularity amongst the citizens as UPPL led UPPL-BJP-GSP alliance government is rendering services for bringing healthy welfare and development of the society.
MLA of Kokrajhar East LAC, Lawrence Islary, UPPL Women Cell President, Pratibha Brahma, Media Secretary Hantigiri Narzary, several senior party leaders were present in the event. MLA Islary said that common masses across the communities in Bodoland region are coming forward to extend support to the UPPL party, and thus UPPL party’s popularity is gaining up massively amongst the citizens in today’s life.
He said that the UPPL-BJP-GSP alliance government in Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) is relentlessly rendering services for the welfare and development of the common masses since it’s inception to the power.He said that the UPPL party is committed to work for all round development of the society,and accordingly initiated many humanity welfare and development schemes in Bodoland region for paving the healthy development.
